​We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Hydrogen Projects Director to lead the development and execution of hydrogen projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on hydrogen production, storage, and utilization. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to drive projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance for the development of hydrogen projects, including proposals, feasibility studies, and pre-FEED analysis.

  • Manage project teams to ensure timely completion of feasibility studies and pre-FEED analysis, coordinating with design teams to meet project objectives.

  • Develop project schedules and budgets based on requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Monitor project progress and study execution, identifying challenges and providing solutions to optimize project outcomes.

  • Coordinate and manage projects across multiple locations and global time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

  • Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, and resolve problems as they arise.

  • Stay informed about new developments, requirements, and policies in the hydrogen industry, and apply this knowledge to project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on hydrogen projects or renewable energy initiatives.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive innovation in hydrogen project development.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to hydrogen production, storage, and utilization.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Location: MUST BE USA Based with right to work. 20% travel as needed.
