We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Hydrogen Projects Director to lead the development and execution of hydrogen projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on hydrogen production, storage, and utilization. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to drive projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and guidance for the development of hydrogen projects, including proposals, feasibility studies, and pre-FEED analysis.
Manage project teams to ensure timely completion of feasibility studies and pre-FEED analysis, coordinating with design teams to meet project objectives.
Develop project schedules and budgets based on requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor project progress and study execution, identifying challenges and providing solutions to optimize project outcomes.
Coordinate and manage projects across multiple locations and global time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, and resolve problems as they arise.
Stay informed about new developments, requirements, and policies in the hydrogen industry, and apply this knowledge to project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on hydrogen projects or renewable energy initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive innovation in hydrogen project development.
Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to hydrogen production, storage, and utilization.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Location: MUST BE USA Based with right to work. 20% travel as needed.
