Manage, control and supervision at all stages of workover (WO) Rig & Rigless operations. NPT/ incidents
prevention. Execution WO operation accordingly signed WO/Rigless program. Planning operating
activities at the WO Rig/Rigless site, check the conditions of tools and equipment, machinery, devices and
tools, distribute the resources, undertake remedial actions to rectify the deficiency found and potential;
eliminating downtime as a result of missing equipment to effectively and timely execute the work
program.

– Management and supervision at all stages of workover (WO) rig and rigless operations,
ensuring incident free as per Company’s requirements;
– Make operational decisions within his/her competence on process optimization for well
completion, workover and EOR;
– Consider and prevent potential technical risks during the work performance;
– Make proposals for optimization of processes/equipment during well completion;
– Ensure contractors’ preparation and readiness for the planned operations; control over
elimination of the identified deficiencies/equipment replacement; conduct operational meetings
when necessary;
– Ensure quality of well clean-up operation (drill out, reaming, scrapping, circulations);
– Verify contractors’ provided information (pipe tallies, spacing out calculations, fishing
diagrams, etc.);
– Ensure effective use of equipment, engagement of service contractors to execute works;
– Monitor and keep accurate records of materials consumption related to well workover;
– Ensure the contractors’ familiarization with all stages of the work program;
– Verify availability and qualification of contractors’ engineering personnel against the contract;
– Ensure handover from shift to shift for smooth execution of Work Program;
– Timely enter, check and correct data in Open Wells during the well operations on each well.

Requirements:

– Degree in Drilling, Petroleum, Mining, or Mechanical Engineering with
specialization in drilling/development of oil and gas wells.
– Industry accredited Well Control for Onshore and Surface Supervisory Level:
International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), International Well
Control Forum (IWCF) WellCap;

– 5 years’ work experience in the position of Supervisor, WO Tool pusher at wells
with high pressure and high sulfurous gas;
– At least 2 years in international companies;
– Drilling/Workover/Completion/Rigless Stimulation experience with high
pressure/temperature and high H2S wells (H2S >3%);
– Deviated and Horizontal wells workover and completion experience;
– Good theoretical and practical skills in well control situations.
