What You'll Do:
Be a deal-making machine! Identify and develop new opportunities for offtake agreements (PPAs & VPPAs) by collaborating with our project development team.
Keep our leadership informed with regular reports and insightful presentations.
Stay ahead of the curve by leading market analysis and keeping a pulse on industry trends.
Manage and oversee RFPs and RFIs, working closely with senior leadership to secure new projects.
Play a key role in crafting winning proposals to land those deals.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
Champion solar and BESS transactions from start to finish, advancing and closing deals.
Provide expert analysis of PPA documentation to support contract negotiations with potential customers and partners. Ensure all agreements align perfectly with company goals and legal requirements.
Who You Are:
A degreed professional (Bachelor's) in a relevant field, ready to leverage your expertise.
A seasoned closer with 5+ years of experience managing commercial transactions.
A solar and/or BESS industry veteran with 3+ years of experience under your belt.
Willing to relocate to Texas, or already call the Lone Star State home.
