We are seeking a results-driven Lead Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive 360 recruitment agency experience in Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy. Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing high-calibre candidates to onboarding, within technical, managerial, and executive roles.
Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying and developing relationships with new clients in Operators and E&P companies across the Middle East.
Talent Acquisition: Leverage industry knowledge and advanced sourcing techniques to connect top talent with specialized roles in Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy.
Market Expertise: Stay current on trends, challenges, and demands in the upstream Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors, particularly in the Middle East, US, and EMEA regions.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic talent solutions and insights to your clients.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of 360 recruitment agency experience within the Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy sectors. Familiarity with Operators and E&P companies is strongly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of upstream Oil & Gas markets or Renewable Energy sectors in the US, EMEA, or Middle East.
Business Development Skills: Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation within recruitment.
Communication: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
