Petrogate are recruiting for a Project Director to oversea all project controls management aspects for the delivery of EPM Services, including Spine and Connector, Regional Infrastructure, and Consultant Services. This will include cost engineering, cost analysis/control, and planning/scheduling activities.
The role involves directing trend analysis, risk management, quantity survey, cost control activities, and schedule development. The Director will also lead the preparation and presentation of estimates, cost forecasts, and provides guidance on non-routine cost engineering and planning/scheduling issues.
Responsibilities:
Ensure project controls functions are performed in accordance with procedures and best practices.
Provide technical direction, training, supervision, and coaching to Project Controls personnel.
Lead and supervise the PCMs, planning, scheduling, trending, risk, QS, cost control, and finance teams to meet project requirements and adhere to budget and schedule.
Manage and provide administrative and technical direction to project controls professionals, collaborating with stakeholders and driving innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling challenges.
Deliver timely and accurate analysis and reporting to Project Directors, Clients, and Senior Management.
Assist project and corporate management with organizational and administrative activities, offering guidance, analysis, and presentations.
Foster strong client relationships through regular meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
25+ years of experience in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industry.
