Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Administrator to support a major international EPC operator on a large-scale civil infrastructure project in Mozambique. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in contract management from the Contractor side, with proven expertise in handling FIDIC-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including pre-award support, contract execution, and post-award administration.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders, claims, and variations.

  • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve contractual matters efficiently.

  • Provide guidance on FIDIC terms and ensure alignment with project execution strategies.

  • Prepare and maintain contractual records and documentation for reporting and audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in contract management/administration within civil construction projects.

  • Experience working with FIDIC-based contracts is essential.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, rotational setting.
