Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Administrator to support a major international EPC operator on a large-scale civil infrastructure project in Mozambique. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in contract management from the Contractor side, with proven expertise in handling FIDIC-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including pre-award support, contract execution, and post-award administration.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders, claims, and variations.
Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve contractual matters efficiently.
Provide guidance on FIDIC terms and ensure alignment with project execution strategies.
Prepare and maintain contractual records and documentation for reporting and audits.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience in contract management/administration within civil construction projects.
Experience working with FIDIC-based contracts is essential.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, rotational setting.
